Pct. 3 Constable Gable’s Breakfast fundraiser hosted at Truluck’s – The Woodlands raises over $11K for Children’s Safe Harbor

Children's Safe Harbor

The Woodlands, TX (March 4, 2025) A bitter cold snap didn’t deter more than 170 caring guests who turned out for an early morning breakfast fundraiser to benefit abused children on February 20, 2025 at Truluck’s – The Woodlands.

This was the 9th year that Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable hosted the event. Truluck’s - The Woodlands generously donated a sprawling, delicious breakfast buffet so that 100% of the proceeds from each $30 ticket could directly benefit Children’s Safe Harbor (CSH). Excitingly, $11,488 was raised at this year’s event, which was co-chaired by CSH board members Captain Adam Acosta and Sgt. Todd Hoff.

Children’s Safe Harbor’s mission is to achieve justice, healing, and hope for every child victim of severe physical abuse, sexual assault, child sex trafficking, neglect, and trauma, and to engage the community in that mission. As a nationally accredited, nonprofit children’s advocacy organization, Children’s Safe Harbor is part of a nationwide effort to heal the trauma and facilitate justice for abused children ages 2 through 17 and their families. In 2024, 2,245 children were interviewed for abuse at Children’s Safe Harbor. All services for justice, healing, and hope are provided at no cost to the victims and their families.

Children’s Safe Harbor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. For more information, visit www.ChildrensSafeHarbor.org.
